Natalie Gardner graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech. Largely an auto-didact in decorative techniques, she studied painting at Boston’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts with Barnet Rubenstein and Patrick Carter. Her work has been featured in numerous design magazines, and has aired on This Old House and NECN’s New England Dream House.  Natalie has painted for various episodes of Norm Abram’s show The New Yankee Workshop. She appeared on the show to paint his reproduction of an antique Taunton Chest; this was also highlighted in Fine Art and Antiques magazine. Other interesting projects include restoration of a damaged mural in Kington St. Michael, England; colored plaster, metal leaf, and painted finishes in an underground recording studio;  faux marble in East Cambridge Savings Bank (a magnificent WPA project on the National Register of Historic Places).
